Special Gulab Jamun is a famous delicacy for all Indian sweet lovers. It is made up with Mawa/Khowa prepared from certified organic cow milk. To enhance the flavour, a pinch of dusted cardamom is added to the mixture. A filling of pure Kesar is added in the Gulab Jamuns, and the balls of Gulab Jamuns are fried in desi ghee till it attains it’s perfect reddish brown colour. The Gulab Jamuns are then dipped in sweet syrup made up of Sulphur less Sugar.
